By accessing or using Source OS, you agree to these terms. If you use Source on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
Shops are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, services, hours, and staff; for honoring or managing the bookings they accept; for obtaining any consents required to contact their clients; and for complying with the laws that apply to their business.
Clients agree to provide accurate contact details when booking and to use the booking tools in good faith. A booking is a request the shop may confirm, decline, or cancel; Source does not guarantee any appointment.
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing activity; no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, or disrupt the platform; and no uploading of content you do not have the right to share.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Source Admin and shop-staff access is role-based; do not access data outside your role.
Source OS offers a text messaging program for clients of participating shops. Messages are sent by Source OS — the platform through which you book, check in, and receive service updates — and the sender of every message is Source OS. Your SMS consent is given directly to Source OS. Every message is identified as "Source OS for [Shop Name]", where the shop name tells you which of your bookings the message is about. The program sends appointment request confirmations, appointment status updates and reminders, walk-in queue and estimated wait-time updates, and replies to customer-care questions to clients who have opted in. Promotional messages are sent only to clients who give a separate, optional marketing opt-in.
Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services necessary to deliver the messages.
Operational and transactional messages (appointment confirmations, queue alerts, reminders) are part of the service once you opt in. Any marketing messages require a separate opt-in and always offer an opt-out.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or suspend features.
Paid plans are billed through a third-party processor on the terms shown at checkout. Trial and plan details are presented before any charge.
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. Shops and Source may moderate, hide, or remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, or violates these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Source disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or to protect the service or its users. You may stop using the service at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction designated by Source OS, to be finalized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
